Our future is present, what we do with it is somewhat in our control but the reality yes that for many, their future, while yet to arrive, is filled with despair, hopelessness, confusion, anger, grief, fear….particly because these young man/woman have had it hard; from seeing ther parents nad families and friends graduate from high school and college/university but can never secure a decent paying career due to stigimatism of ccarious sorts..They have had to live with crimeand gangs and gun activities on a daily basis , yet as a society, we exspect them tp cope, to be productive, to be successful… Some might, some will, but most won’t. often traumatized by events out odf their control..
