Location: Vaughan, Canada This is position is remote, so the desired candidate can be located in any of the following areas: North Okanagan; Vancouver; Montreal; Québec City; Toronto; or Calgary. Opportunity The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Canadian Sales and Marketing teams for Kohler, Sterling, and Hytec brands. The role includes effectively preparing and implementing online learning for our sales team and showroom customers; localizing and preparing website and social content; creating reports and coordinating communications for a variety of sales and marketing programs, coordinating events; and providing literature and product fulfillment for multiple locations. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be a Brand Ambassador for our customers, consumers, and suppliers by building relationships and creating loyalty. This individual will provide world-class customer service while maintaining an energetic, positive, and problem solving attitude and approach. Specific Responsibilities: • Support the research and development of industry information, maintaining on-going data necessary for our teams to develop marketing strategies and programs (e.g., forecasts, pricing, new products, and strategic plans) and assist with other special projects for an existing product line, channel or digital platform. Prepare summaries of relevant data for distribution to leadership. • Lead in the tracking of marketing and advertising budgets. • Manage Canadian Sales News content and distribute weekly. • Create, have translated, post and communicate training modules and prepare monthly training reports. • Manage and provide content and images for requests from customers, PR firms, magazines, editors, freelance reporters and associates. • Order product and co-ordinate shipment of product placement requests (TV, magazines, high profile buildings, etc.) • Organize and participate in events, including registration, organizing entry, creating display materials, staffing, set up, and tear down. • Place orders for literature; prizing for events, seminars, regional needs, etc. and support the administration of the Canadian fulfillment site. • Validate submissions and create databases of users, products sold, etc.for all marketing programs and rebates. • Revise and proofread literature and create Canadian versions. • Support product launch and innovation efforts. • Provide marketing program development and execution support. Skills/Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a Business field preferred. • Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing and sales in durable goods and plumbing business preferred. • Bilingual (French/English) preferred. • Ability to utilize digital tools for data analysis and reporting. • Must possess a keen analytical mind, be strong on planning, detail, and accuracy, and be a demonstrably creative thinke
